Eis um pequeno exemplo do que se pode aprender nos workshops da Quinzena do Chocolate:
ganache de leite condensado
400 g de chocolate de leite
200 g de chocolate negro
500 ml de natas frescas
125 ml de leite condensado
Ferva as natas. Retire do lume e adicione o leite condensado. Junte os chocolates, misture bem e deixe arrefecer.
